Founded in 2017 by Zoe Fitzgerald and Ramon Marmolejos, their shared vision is to have a meaningful and positive impact on the world through transformational learning. With a combined 40 years of experience delivering solutions, they have facilitated learning with many global organisations, including NASA, Microsoft, Unilever and the World Wide Fund for Nature.
Passionate about partnering with others who share their vision, they have worked with hundreds of people, teams and organisations in over 30 countries. As the exclusive Australian partner of the Kaospilot Design Agency Masterclass - The Art and Craft of Designing and Facilitating Learning Spaces, Alkimia is committed to creating learning that matters.
