Our methods for designing meaningful experiences are standing on 30+ years of Kaospilot learning in this space. We have trained over 12000 leaders, facilitators, learning designers and consultants people from over 45 countries.

 
 

about the program agenda

DAY 1. HEAD - Reframing  🗣
We start by building a common language and thinking models for designing experiences. Through systemic mapping, we will identify underlying challenges and understand leverage points for design.

DAY 2. HEART - Create Engagement ♥️
We will focus on how to create captivating experiences. Let's explore how we can design for emotional engagement and communication experiences that promote engagement on a deeper level.

DAY 3. HANDS - DRIVE IMPACT ✋
100% hands-on! We will build experienceable prototypes based on co-created cases. Our focus will be on how to be ready for action and developing assessment metrics.
